Chai Tea Latte with Warm Spices

- 2 cups milk
- 1 bag black tea
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground cardamom
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- ⅛ tsp ground cloves
- ⅛ tsp allspice
- 2 Tbsp honey
Into a small saucepan add milk, vanilla extract, and honey. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

Remove from the heat, add the black tea and all the spices. Let the tea steep for about 5 minutes.

Strain it through a strainer and pour the chai tea latte into mugs and top with frothy milk foam and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon, if desired.
- Use whole spices for a stronger flavor. Feel free to also use loose leaf tea for a fuller flavor.
