Summertime Tomato Soup

Pack on the vitamins in a bowl of delicious summer tomato soup. This soup is light, healthy, nourishing, comforting, and easy to make.

Gather the ingredients you'll need:

chicken broth fresh tomatoes garlic cloves onion olive oil fresh dill or parsley flour kosher salt black pepper

For the topping:

croutons parmesan cheese

Heat olive oil, cook onion and garlic then sear until golden brown. Add flour and stir to coat.

Add broth and tomatoes and bring to a boil. Then add salt and pepper to taste.

Cool the soup then blend.
