Saute the onions then add the thinly sliced potatoes.

Stir and then season with salt and pepper and add the water.

Cover the pot with a lid, turn the heat to the lowest. Braise for 20 minutes or until the potatoes are soft.

Sprinkle with dill and enjoy!
