Let's Bake a Soft Russian Walnut Roll

This walnut roll is a soft and sweet treat that you'll be making over and over again.

This recipe is kid friendly and a whole-family favorite. I like to make it ahead of time, my kids enjoy it as an after school snack or with tea!

Here are the ingredients you'll need for the dough:

For the filling:

Walnuts Sugar Egg whites

Place all the ingredients in bread machine bucket. Choose DOUGH option and wait until the dough is ready.

Once the dough is done, divide it and roll it out.

Combine walnuts, egg white and sugar. Spread walnut filling. Roll the dough in from the long side. Place on a baking sheet.

Let it rise for 15 mins, and brush on a whisked egg white and then bake.

Slice and enjoy!
