Crispy Tofu Salad with Creamy Tahini Dressing



Press tofu, cut into bite sized pieces, toss with marinade and bake for 20-25 mins.

Combine tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, honey, water, garlic and seasonings to make the tahini dressing.

Grate carrots and slice the radishes and avocado.

Place spinach on serving plate and top with vegetables.

Top with tahini dressing, crispy tofu, and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
