Mexican Cobb Salad with Chicken

Season chicken and add to the heated skillet and cook through for 4 mins on each side and get the golden brown color. et aside to cool.

Add romaine, corn, black beans, red onion, chicken, and tomatoes into a bowl.

In a small bowl whisk bbq sauce and ranch together. Drizzle over the salad.

Toss together and enjoy!
