Let's Make 30 Minute Vegetable Soup

No matter the time of year, for me it’s always soup season. If you feel the same way, grab a loaf of crusty bread to accommodate this delicious Vegetable Soup. All you need is one pot, perfect for busy weeknights.

First, gather all of the ingredients you'll need:

vegetable broth garlic white onion carrots green bell pepper celery green beans tomatoes green cabbage

Italian parsley thyme oregano tomato sauce olive oil sea salt black pepper lemon juice water

Slice carrots, bell pepper, celery, and green beans.

Cook olive oil, garlic and onion in a large pot.

Add in tomatoes, sauce and all the vegetables.

Add cabbage, parsley and all the seasonings.

Add in broth and water. Close with a lid and let it boil. Add more salt and pepper to taste.
