Crepes with an Easy Chicken Filling

How to make

Chop an onion and sauté with unsalted butter in a pan.

When onion begins to brown up add in the cooked meat, season and saute for a couple more minutes.

In a grinder or food processor grind the meat filling.

place some filling on a crepe and fold down one side

tuck in the sides and then roll it all the way closed

Reheat crepes on a skillet with some butter until golden brown. Serve with sour cream and enjoy!
