Christmas Fruit Cake with Brandy

Wash, chop, and drain the dried fruits. Then, soak them in brandy overnight so they plump up.

1 Day Before You Bake

Combine sugar, butter, sour cream, eggs, and orange zest. In a separate bowl, mix the flour with the baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

Combine the wet and dry ingredients to the cake and then add in the fruit and nuts and combine.

Bake in a loaf pan, cool and then enjoy!
