Ingredients

  • 2 cups green or red grapes, cut in half
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2-3 tangerines, or 1 orange, peeled, sliced, & cut in half
  • 2-3 kiwis, peeled & cut into bite-sized pieces

Honey Lemon Dressing

  • 2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 medium-sized lemon, juiced
  • 10-15 leaves mint, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp honey

Instructions

  • Add all dressing ingredients to a small bowl and whisk well. Set aside.
