- 2 cups green or red grapes, cut in half
- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 2 cups blueberries
- 2-3 tangerines, or 1 orange, peeled, sliced, & cut in half
- 2-3 kiwis, peeled & cut into bite-sized pieces
Honey Lemon Dressing
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- 1 medium-sized lemon, juiced
- 10-15 leaves mint, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp honey
Add all dressing ingredients to a small bowl and whisk well. Set aside.
