Quick Crab and Apple Salad

A sweet delicate taste of crab meat goes well with a sour apple. Get the real crab meat – not the fake so that you can get all the natural nutritional benefits.

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs, boiled & chopped
  • 1 granny smith apple, peeled & sliced
  • 1 lb king crab legs, chopped
  • 1 tall head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise

Instructions

  • Boil eggs for 5 minutes. Cool and chop.

  • Get the crab meat out from crab legs; slice into small pieces.

  • Peel and slice the granny smith apple.
