Simple Apple Salad with a Honey Vinaigrette and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 gala apple, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp goat cheese, grated
  • ¼ cup candied pecans

Honey Vinaigrette

  • ½ Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Chop up the romaine lettuce into shredded pieces.
