- 4 slices bacon
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 Tbsp parmesan cheese shredded
Chop the bacon into small bite size pieces.

Slice each Brussel sprout in half.

Heat a large skillet and sauté the chopped bacon on medium-high heat. As soon as the bacon starts turning brown, add in sliced Brussels sprouts and a pinch of salt.

Sear sprouts and bacon until the Brussels sprouts start to soften and they are a golden brown color.
Take sprouts and bacon to a serving plate and sprinkle shredded parmesan cheese.
