Citrusy smoothie sweetened with dates and with flavours of vanilla and coconut. It's dairy free, vegan and kid-friendly!

Ingredients

  • 1 orange, peeled & sliced
  • 3-4 Medjool dates, pitted, you can add more for a sweeter smoothie
  • 2 tsp orange zest
  • tsp vanilla extract
  • 2-3 cups ice cubes, depending on how thick you like it
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 can coconut milk, full fat
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
