Ingredients

  • 2/3⅔ cup pumpkin puree, fresh, canned, or boxed
  • 1 banana, frozen, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1⅓ cup milk, of choice
  • 1 heaping Tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp allspice
  • tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
    2/3⅔ cup pumpkin puree,, 1 banana,, 2 Tbsp maple syrup, 1⅓ cup milk,, 1 heaping Tbsp almond butter, 1 tsp cinnamon, ¼ tsp allspice, ⅓ tsp fresh ginger,, 1 tsp lemon zest, 1 pinch sea salt, 1 cup ice
