Fruit Salad Recipe with Sweet Ginger Lime Dressing

Fruit Salad:
- 2 cups green or red grapes, cut in half
- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup blackberries
- 2 kiwis, peeled, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 orange, peeled, cut into bite-sized pieces
Ginger Lime Dressing:
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1-2 tsp ginger, peeled & grated
Add all dressing ingredients to a small bowl and whisk well. Set aside.
