Fruit Salad Recipe with Sweet Ginger Lime Dressing

Ingredients

Fruit Salad:

  • 2 cups green or red grapes, cut in half
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 2 kiwis, peeled, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 orange, peeled, cut into bite-sized pieces

Ginger Lime Dressing:

  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1-2 tsp ginger, peeled & grated

Instructions

  • Add all dressing ingredients to a small bowl and whisk well. Set aside.

  • In a large bowl add grapes, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, kiwis, and oranges. Toss well to combine.
