Energy Boosting Berry Oat Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ½ cup unflavored yogurt, (I used coconut)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • cup raspberries, (fresh or frozen)
  • cup strawberries
  • 1 Tbsp rolled oats
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients together until smooth. If you want more sweet flavor, you can add 1-2 tsp of honey or maple syrup.

  • For a GF option, substitute oats to gluten free.
