Energy Boosting Berry Oat Smoothie

- ½ cup unflavored yogurt, (I used coconut)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 frozen banana
- ⅔ cup raspberries, (fresh or frozen)
- ⅔ cup strawberries
- 1 Tbsp rolled oats
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
Blend all ingredients together until smooth. If you want more sweet flavor, you can add 1-2 tsp of honey or maple syrup.
