Peaches and Brie Puff Pastry Tarts

Creamy, sweet, and fruity baked puffed pastry. Sweetened with honey with a hint of fresh thyme.

  • 2 sheets puff pastry, defrosted at room temperature for 40 minutes
  • 6 oz brie cheese
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme
  • 2 peaches, thinly sliced into wedges
  • 1 egg
  • honey, for serving

Instructions

  • Thaw the puff pastry and cut into 8 squares.

  • Preheat the oven to 425 F.
  • Wash the peaches, remove the pit, and cut into ¼ inch slices.

  • Slice brie into thin strips.
