Granola Breakfast Yogurt Parfait with Fresh Fruit
Granola and yogurt are a dream team combination, so enjoy this simple recipe with fresh fruit!

- ½ cup granola
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup strawberries, or other berries of your choice
- 1 small banana
- 1 Tablespoon honey, optional
Place 1 Tablepspoon of granola on the bottom of each of the two serving glasses.
½ cup granola
Layer with ½ of the yogurt.
1 cup Greek yogurt
Dice strawberries and sliced bananas.
1 cup strawberries,, 1 small banana
Place the layer of banana slices over the yogurt layer.
Cover with a layer of strawberries.
Then top with another layer of granola and yogurt.
Garnish with fruits and sprinkle with granola. If you use honey, add it on top (or you may combine it with yogurt before assembling the parfait.)
