Granola Breakfast Yogurt Parfait with Fresh Fruit

Granola and yogurt are a dream team combination, so enjoy this simple recipe with fresh fruit!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup granola
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup strawberries, or other berries of your choice
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 Tablespoon honey, optional

Instructions

  • Place 1 Tablepspoon of granola on the bottom of each of the two serving glasses.

  • Layer with ½ of the yogurt.
    1 cup Greek yogurt

  • Dice strawberries and sliced bananas.

  • Place the layer of banana slices over the yogurt layer.

  • Cover with a layer of strawberries.

  • Then top with another layer of granola and yogurt.

  • Garnish with fruits and sprinkle with granola. If you use honey, add it on top (or you may combine it with yogurt before assembling the parfait.)

  • Use the type of yogurt you like. 
  • Mix up the fruit for what you have on hand.
