- 1 medium banana can be frozen if you like a more thick consistency
- ⅓ cup dairy-free unsweetened coconut yogurt or another non-dairy unsweetened yogurt can be plant-based, I used coconut milk yogurt
- ½ lemon just the juice
- 1 lemon sliced
- 1 cup almond milk
- ¼ cup raw cashews soaked in hot water for 15 min
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Put the ingredients in a high-power blender.
