Sweet Farmer's Cheese Casserole

- 1 lb farmer's cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp cream of wheat
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp sour cream
- ½ tsp vanilla
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl using a mixer and beating on medium-low speed until all ingredients are well blended.
1 lb farmer's cheese, 2 eggs, 2 Tbsp cream of wheat, 3 Tbsp sugar, 2 Tbsp sour cream, ½ tsp vanilla
Pour the mixture into a tart pan or any oven-safe cake form.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is slightly browned. Let cool for 15 minutes.
Serve with sour cream, jam, or honey!
