Easy Recipe for Moist Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup flour
  • cup sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 2 large eggs
  • cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 Tbsp milk
  • ½ cup walnuts, chopped
  • 2-3 bananas, mashed

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350F.
  • Butter up 4-inch loaf pan.

  • Mash the bananas with a fork.

  • In a medium bowl, beat all ingredients together on medium speed for 2 minutes.
    ¾ cup flour, ⅔ cup sugar, 2 tsp baking powder, ¼ tsp salt, ½ tsp baking soda, 2 large eggs, ⅓ cup unsalted butter,, 4 Tbsp milk, 2-3 bananas,, ½ cup walnuts,

  • Using a rubber spatula, transfer the batter to the prepared pan and put it in the oven for 1 hour. (Or until it passes the toothpick test.)

  • You will smell the wonderful aroma coming from your oven. Bananas and walnuts make an excellent combination in this super easy bread!

Notes

  • You can make banana bread ahead of time. To keep the bread fresh, wrap it tightly in plastic wrap or aluminum foil and store it at room temperature for up to 3 days.
