How to Make a 3 Ingredient Energy Fruit Smoothie

  • 1 grapefruit, peeled & sliced
  • 1 lemon, peeled & sliced
  • 1 orange, peeled & sliced
  • ¼ cups water

Instructions

  • Peel one orange and one grapefruit. Slice into smaller pieces.
