  • 3-4 mint leaves, chopped

Sesame Dressing:

  • ½ lime, just the juice
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil

  • Thinly slice the mango.

  • Combine all salad ingredients in a bowl.
