Easy and Simple Crab Salad Appetizer Snack

- 1 lb crab meat, chopped
- 1 scallion, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 stem dill, chopped

- crackers, any that you like
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
Combine all ingredients together.

Add salt to taste.

- If you can't find fresh crab meat, you can use the imitation one, keep in mine the taste is different.
- Add more Mayonnaise for a creamer salad, and if not serving with crackers.
- Use GF crackers for a gluten free version.
