Easy and Simple Crab Salad Appetizer Snack

This crab salad recipe is the easiest. Tastes good too. It’s a great appetizer or to snack on for movie night.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb crab meat, chopped
  • 1 scallion, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 stem dill, chopped
  • salt
  • crackers, any that you like
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients together.

  • Add salt to taste.

Notes

  • If you can't find fresh crab meat, you can use the imitation one, keep in mine the taste is different. 
  • Add more Mayonnaise for a creamer salad, and if not serving with crackers. 
  • Use GF crackers for a gluten free version.
