Ingredients

  • cup arugula
  • ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
  • ¼ cup feta cheese

Avocado Dressing

  • ¼ cup avocado oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ avocado, pitted & peeled
  • ½ lemon, juice only
  • 3 Tbsp orange juice
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  • Blend avocado dressing ingredients together for 1 minute or until smooth. Set aside.
    ¼ cup avocado oil, 1 tsp honey, 1 clove garlic, ½ avocado,, 3 Tbsp orange juice, 1 pinch salt, ½ lemon,

  • Arrange arugula, pomegranate seeds, and crumbled feta cheese on a plate.
