The best kind of recipes are the ones that are quick to make. This salad is always a favorite with any crowd. It can be paired with any protein or eaten on its own. I love the flavors, the color and just all the healthy goodness that goes into this salad. So easy! On a different note, the show Suits has come to an end, at least for the season.   • 1 English cucumber, sliced & quartered
  • 1 avocado, chopped
  • 3 scallions, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp dill, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients together, mix, and enjoy!
