Easy Tomato and Avocado Salad

It's a simple salad combining tomato, avocado, red onion, and a quick dressing. Sprinkle on some dill and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:

1 avocado
1 large tomato
1/4 red onion
1/2 lemon
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
1 stem fresh dill

INSTRUCTIONS:

Peel and slice 1 avocado.
Slice 1 Large tomato.
Slice 1/4 red onion.
Mix cut ingredients with juice from 1/2 a lemon, 1 Tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, pinch of salt (or to taste), pinch of ground black pepper.
Chop 1 stem fresh dill, add to the salad and enjoy!
