Dairy Free Sweet Peach and Almond Smoothie
Equipment
- blender
- Serving cups
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen peaches
- 1 banana
- 2 Tbsp almond butter
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1½ tsp cinnamon
- 2½ cups almond milk, or coconut
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.2 cups frozen peaches, 1 banana, 2 Tbsp almond butter, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1½ tsp cinnamon, 2½ cups almond milk,, 2 Tbsp honey
- Adjust honey to add sweetness if desired. You can also add a scoop of vanilla protein powder for added protein, some greens if desired or a tablespoon of chia seeds.
