Dairy Free Sweet Peach and Almond Smoothie

It doesn’t have to be a peach season to enjoy the flavors of a peach smoothie. This sweet peach almond smoothie can be enjoyed year round, so there’s no need for fresh peaches, you can use frozen peaches here. Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen peaches
  • 1 banana
  • 2 Tbsp almond butter
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • tsp cinnamon
  • cups almond milk, or coconut

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
    2 cups frozen peaches, 1 banana, 2 Tbsp almond butter, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1½ tsp cinnamon, 2½ cups almond milk,, 2 Tbsp honey
  • Adjust honey to add sweetness if desired. You can also add a scoop of vanilla protein powder for added protein, some greens if desired or a tablespoon of chia seeds.
