Ingredients

  • 9 Brussels sprouts, shredded
  • ¼ green cabbage, shredded
  • 2 heads green broccoli, chopped
  • 2 stems green kale, chopped
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • 1 Tbsp cane sugar
  • 1 Tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  • First make the poppy seed dressing by whisking all the ingredients together. (It needs to stand five minutes before serving. )
  • Combine all the vegetables together.
  • Mix with dressing.
