Ingredients
- 9 Brussels sprouts, shredded
- ¼ green cabbage, shredded
- 2 heads green broccoli, chopped
- 2 stems green kale, chopped
- ½ cup pumpkin seeds
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- 1 Tbsp cane sugar
- 1 Tbsp poppy seeds
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 pinch salt
- 2½ Tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- First make the poppy seed dressing by whisking all the ingredients together. (It needs to stand five minutes before serving. )
- Combine all the vegetables together.
- Mix with dressing.
