Easy Strawberry Pecan On Spinach

Do you eat your fruit salads separately, or do you like adding that little touch of sweet into your greens? I like that second option, because that touch of sweet always brightens up a meal! Nuts are a pretty normal salad topping, but I think they’re underrated. There’s nothing better than a salad that has that crunch!
So naturally, this delicious salad includes nuts and fruit into your greens! If you’re ever stumped on a salad or don’t know what to do with some random on-hand ingredients, don’t forget that fruits and greens go well together!
The pecans add a boost of fiber that help with digestive health. Strawberries improve brain function and immune system and promote weight loss. As for the greens in this salad, the spinach is low in fat, cholesterol and calories. What it is high in is vitamin A, calcium, and protein!
