- apple cider vinegar

Refreshing Spring Radish with Simple Cucumber and Mint
Equipment
- salad bowl
- mixing spoon
Ingredients
- 1 bush spring radish, sliced
- ¼ cucumber, sliced
- 1 stem fresh green onion, chopped
- 1 stem fresh mint
- 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp poppy seeds
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch sugar
Instructions
- Wash and slice 1 bush of radishes and 1/4 of a cucumber.
- Chop 1 stem fresh green onion and 1 stem fresh mint.
- Poppyseed dressing: Stir together 1 tsp poppy seeds, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of sugar. Let stand for three minutes before drizzling, combining with the vegetables.
