  • cup baby spinach
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes
  • 2 Persian cucumbers, or ½ English cucumber
  • ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado, chopped
  • olive oil
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste


  • Wash and dry your vegetables.
  • Put spinach in a large bowl; add sliced cucumbers, 1/4 of a red onion, tomatoes, and chopped avocado. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add olive oil right before serving and mix carefully. Your salad is ready! Transfer into a salad plate and serve this delicious spinach salad!
