Easy Homemade Spinach Salad with Tomatoes
Equipment
- salad bowl
Ingredients
- 1½ cup baby spinach
- 1 cup grape tomatoes
- 2 Persian cucumbers, or ½ English cucumber
- ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 avocado, chopped
- olive oil
- salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dry your vegetables.
- Put spinach in a large bowl; add sliced cucumbers, 1/4 of a red onion, tomatoes, and chopped avocado. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add olive oil right before serving and mix carefully. Your salad is ready! Transfer into a salad plate and serve this delicious spinach salad!
