- 1½ cups almond milk, or milk of choice
- 1 large frozen banana, or 2 small
- 1 scoop grass-fed collagen
- ¼ cup vanilla yogurt, coconut, almond, or dairy
- 1 Tbsp honey, or more if you like it sweeter
- 1 pinch sea salt
