Simple Coconut and Lime Smoothie with Blueberries

I can confidently say that blueberries are my family’s favorite berry. It’s our snack throughout the day. We all eat them like chips ( I love to pick the big ones).
What you need to make a Coconut Lime Blueberry Smoothie
Blueberries: You can use frozen blueberries or fresh. (They are in season this time of year)
Coconut water, coconut milk, and coconut palm sugar: These boost summer flavors and add nutrition. Coconut is great for the skin, especially right now when hot sunny days can make your skin dry.
Lime: Just the juice for a citrus kick and detox benefits.
Mint leaves: I didn’t know this until recently, but mint can help reduce breastfeed pain. (This is good to know!) Also, mint is refreshing and can help with bad breath – a great addition to smoothies.
You can also choose to add a scoop of your favorite protein powder for protein intake or to recover after exercise.
How to Make a Blueberry Smoothie
Combine all the ingredients into a high-speed blender.
Blend on high speed until well combined.
Enjoy this refreshing smoothie!
