I’ve always wanted to try a smoothie with these spices but never did until now! I used half the amount of milk, honey and chia seeds (since I was making only one serving), and since I didn’t have protein powder or cardamom I used a drop of vanilla extract and 1/3 frozen banana. I found this smoothie to be simple to make, tasty, and with just the right amount of spices for me!
