Steps
Slice 2-3 fresh tomatoes.
Into a mixing bowl add 3 Tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 pinch of salt, 1 pinch of pepper, 1 cup shredded cheese, minced garlic clove and 1 small handful of fresh chopped dill or parsley. Mix well together.
Put a teaspoon of cheese mix on each sliced tomato and enjoy!

- 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 cup cheese, any kind, shredded
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
