This mango pineapple ginger green smoothie is exactly that. It’s a delicious smoothie that’s made with less than 10 ingredients. You can make it in under 5 minutes. It tastes so refreshing! And it delivers a great chunk of essential vitamins and minerals. Does it get any better than this?
What Goes Into This Smoothie:
Frozen mango. When fresh mangoes aren’t in season, I’ll always have a bag of frozen mangoes in my freezer. It’s my absolute favorite thing to put into smoothies. It offers sweetness, creaminess, and a great dosage of Vitamins A and C.
Frozen pineapple. Wanna know what goes well with mango? Pineapple. It’s the perfect match. Pineapple adds a slightly tart and completely tropical flavor. Plus it’s rich in Vitamin C to help strengthen your immune system.
Baby spinach. If you think spinach has no business in smoothies, think again. Spinach is subtle in flavor but high in nutrients. It is rich in carotenoids, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, folic acid, iron, and calcium.
Coconut milk. This adds loads of creaminess and extra sweetness.
Lime and salt. Both lime and salt help balance out the sweet flavors.
Honey. A drizzle of honey is almost always a must in my smoothies.
