Try this refreshingly sweet and creamy Crab-Mango Salad.
This may sound weird, but it’s true: my dentist inspired me to make this mango and crab salad!
In a recent visit, my dentist described a salad his wife makes. Because I didn’t know all the ingredients she uses, I came home and experimented with recipes using crab and mango until I came up with the recipe for this addicting salad. It’s easy to prepare, and you’ll love the sweetness of the mango and the delicious high protein and low-calorie crab.
Mango is essential for eye health. Because it is rich in vitamin A, one cup of mango contains 25% of your daily requirement. The vitamins and minerals in it help unclog pores and add freshness to the face. Mango is also good to eat to promote freshness. This yummy fruit promotes weight loss by boosting the digestive system and burning calories. The crab adds in sources of vitamin B 12 which is healthy for nerve function.
One piece of advice: don’t use imitation crab. It doesn’t contain any real crab, and doesn’t taste nearly as good!
