The “meat” of the salad is comprised of cabbage, green onions, and garlic.

Directions for Korean-Style Cabbage Salad
Steps
Finely chop 1 small cabbage head. Put chopped cabbage into a bowl.
Chop 2-3 green onions and add them to the cabbage.
Add 2-3 thinly sliced garlic cloves.
For the dressing:
Combine 1 Tablespoon of vinegar, 1/2 Tablespoon of salt, 1/2 Tablespoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper, 1 Tablespoon soy sauce, 1 Tablespoon of vegetable oil, and 2 teaspoon of sesame seeds. Add to the salad and mix well.
Cover and let it stand in the fridge for 20 minutes, then mix again and your salad will be ready for you to eat! Transfer into a salad bowl and serve. Sprinkle with more sesame seeds if desired.
