Summer berry picking is a great option in the summer, especially if you want to get a head start on that tan! Locally picked strawberries have the best benefits: and you know if they’ve been sprayed with any sort of pesticides! Hand-picking your berries is only better for your body!

Do you like Greek yogurt? It has probiotics that support your gut if you happen to be dairy sensitive. Greek yogurt specifically is lighter on the gut since it’s easier to digest. Also, it has more protein than milk!

Strawberry kiwi with yogurt and zest salad makes a satisfying combination for breakfast or just a snack. Because of the Greek yogurt, this amazing salad will keep you feeling full longer. Greek yogurt is also beneficial because it helps the digestive system running more smoothly and is low in calories. The delicious strawberries are not only a healthy treat but they also fight wrinkles. Eat more kiwi to promote better sleep! Along with that, kiwi helps burn fat and slow the aging process.
