This easy recipe for celery juice with cucumber, ginger, and lemon is all you need to recharge from the weekend and get ready for the week ahead. Full of vitamins, minerals, low calorie, and great detox from all the eating out.

This celery juice is an easy and healthy elixir. Celery juice has been a trend, and there is a reason for that! It’s packed with essential minerals such as vitamin K, vitamin C, potassium, and vitamin B6.

It brings a great number of benefits to the digestive systems. Celery can also relieve bloating (nobody likes feeling bloated!)  In addition, celery is an immune booster to your entire body!

But, remember…

Drinking it once won’t do much for you. Make it a habit of drinking it at least a few times a week to see the benefits of these ingredients and to support detoxification.

Steps

How do you make a Citrus Celery Juice?

You don’t need a juicer to make celery juice! (unless you want to)

To make celery juice using a juicer simply:

Prepare all ingredients prior to juicing.

Process all ingredients in a juicer.

To make Celery Juice without a juicer:

Roughly chop celery and peel the lemon. Cut it into small pieces and mince the peeled ginger.

Add all ingredients to a blender along with ½ cup of water (or enough to allow ingredients to blend)

Blend all ingredients until smooth then strain the juice out using a nut milk bag or cheesecloth.

  • 1 cucumber, cut into spears
  • 1 lemon, peeled & cut in half
  • 1 inch piece ginger, peeled
  • water
