Celery juice has been a popular trend lately, and possibly for good reason. However, some are not all too keen celery juice on its own, so here is a Celery Ginger Cucumber Plum Juice. It still has the benefits of celery juice, plus more!

Adding benefits and sweetness to this recipe, plums are not as common to enjoy as other fruits and veggies, but they’re definitely irreplacable. They fill you with antioxidants and give you a wide variety to choose from, whether you want plums that are more sweet or tart.

Juices are great to enjoy in the mornings before breakfast. They prepare your stomach for the day and help you to start your day on the best note – a beneficial one! Adding a variety of fruits and veggies to your morning juice will benefit you in more ways than you can count.

All You Need Are 6 Fresh Ingredients

Summer weather is the perfect time of the year to make this juice drink. All you need is:

Celery helps to reduce inflammation and supports your digestive system.

Cucumber fills you with antioxidants and helps to lower blood sugar.

Plums are rich in calcium and magnesium, as well as vitamin A.

Ginger is filled with vitamins B3 and B6, as well as vitamin C.

Lemon reduces the risk of heart disease and helps to reduce digestive issues.

Steps

How To Make a Celery Cucumber and Plum Juice

Start off by cutting celery, cucumbers, and plums into large chunks for easier blending.

Then peel the ginger and cut in half the lime (you can also use lemon instead of lime) and set aside.

Run all ingredients except lime through a juicer, or alternatively blend in a high- speed blender and strain through a cheesecloth or nut milk bag.

Serve by pouring into glasses and add a squeeze of lime or lemon to your desired taste.
