A good classic salad like this Berries and Goat Cheese with Avocado and Spinach is my go to when I don’t feel like cooking. Flavorful, filling and beneficial.

Berries and goat cheese with avocado and spinach salad will help you prepare for the warmer weather, just a couple months to go! Tip: Make sure to use raw almonds, because roasted almonds lose the nutrition and health benefits during roasting.

Almonds contain the most fiber than other nuts and are beneficial to your gut. As for berries, they are loaded with antioxidants. Eating them helps burn fat and boost your mood! If you’re a fan of goat cheese, don’t skip out on it in this recipe! It contains a lot of calcium and prevents sugar cravings.

This beautiful picture has it all: my summer cravings this year. Food preparation and meal planning are two of my favorite things, especially in the summer. I love enjoying seasonal produce right on time as it blooms and gets its color.

Goat cheese has a stronger taste than cow’s cheese, but is lower in lactose. It has more fats and nutrients than cow’s cheese. If this is a new change for you, I hope you like it! You might even enjoy it on more salads and foods.
