My sister’s Quick Marinated Tomatoes are garlic-y, sweet and addicting! If you love tomatoes you are going to love this.

My sister introduced me to these quick marinated tomatoes. They are super easy to make. When you start eating one, you can’t stop. Who knew tomatoes can be so addicting? They help to regulate your blood pressure due to the potassium content in them. Make sure everyone in your party eats them though, since there is garlic added to the marinate :). To get rid of the garlic breath or just yucky breath in general, eat a slice of lemon.

This recipe is super easy and most likely, these ingredients are ones that you alredy have on hand. Fresh dill wasn’t always sold in grocery stores. I remember when I got married and tried to find it at a local store, and couldn’t. Some people didn’t even know what it was. I am glad to see this green herb at stores nowadays. Dill and parsley I always have one hand, since they are my favorite ones.

Speaking of dill, it protects against heart disease and is a great source of magnesium. Magnesium fights depression and can help convert food into energy. It alswo helps to create and repair DNA. This recipe is so beneficial, don’t miss out on it!

What do I need to make this recipe?

Cherry tomatoes are filled with lycopene, which is heart-healthy and keeps your bones strong.

Garlic helps to strengthen the bones and lowers cholesterol.

Dill is rich in vitamin C and vitmin A.

Along with those ingredients, you will need salt and sugar.

Steps

Combine ingredients together into a bowl.

Cover with plastic wrap.

Place bowl into refrigerator.

Let it marinate for at least an hour before serving.
