Quick and Easy Marinated Tomatoes

My sister introduced me to these quick marinated tomatoes. They are super easy to make. When you start eating one, you can’t stop. Who knew tomatoes can be so addicting? They help to regulate your blood pressure due to the potassium content in them. Make sure everyone in your party eats them though since there is garlic added to the marinate :). To get rid of the garlic breath or just yucky breath in general, eat a slice of lemon.
WHAT YOU NEED TO MAKE QUICK MARINATED TOMATOES
- Cherry tomatoes
- Salt
- Sugar
- Garlic
- Dill
Easy, everything you most likely already have. Fresh dill wasn’t always sold in grocery stores. I remember when I got married and tried to find it at a local store, and couldn’t. Some people didn’t even know what it was. I am glad to see this green herb at stores nowadays. Dill and parsley, I always have one hand- they are my favorite ones.

Quick and Easy Marinated Tomatoes
Equipment
- Large bowl
- garlic press
Ingredients
- 2 lbs cherry tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 Tbsp cane sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 stem fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
- Combine ingredients together into a bowl.
- Cover with plastic wrap.
- Place the bowl into the refrigerator.
- Let it marinate for at least an hour before serving.
