I get a lot of tomatoes in my garden every summer, and this is my all-time favorite way to use those tomatoes up! You just can’t buy juicy tomatoes like the ones from your own garden, they just don’t compare to the ones sold at the supermarket. So juicy. After eating the tomatoes, get a slice of fresh bread and sop up all those delicious juices at the bottom.

Another main ingredient in this easy summer tomato salad is the olive oil. Pick up a good quality extra-virgin olive oil for this salad, and add salt and pepper to your taste.
