To assemble this fancy little dish, all you need are a few asparagus spears. Add in some slices of prosciutto, cheese, and you’ll have delicious asparagus dish. Also, it makes a great party appetizer! In fact, it has just a little prep time. It’s crispy and soft. Along with that, asparagus is packed with vitamin K and promotes weight loss. What do I need to make this recipe?

Prosciutto is a raw cured ham that goes great on appetizers and charcuterie boards.

  • 4 oz prosciutto
  • 12 stalks asparagus
  • ½ Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp parmesan cheese, grated


  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • Drizzle baking sheet with 1/2 Tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil.
  • Wrap each slice of prosciutto around 3 asparagus stalks each.
  • Place wrapped asparagus stalks on a baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle 3 Tablespoons grated parmesan cheese on top of prosciutto.
  • Roast asparagus for 15 minutes and broil for the last 3 minutes.
