Simple Pineapple Mango Avocado Salsa Salad

I would reccomend that you enjoy it with pita chips or flat pretzels – the salty perfectly accentuates the fruit and tomato-avocado combination!
Because of the pineapple, this salad will pack in a great amount of potassium, vitamin-C, copper, manganese and many more nutrients. Pineapple is good to eat to boost immunity and that is because of the large amount of vitamin-C in it, which fights the harmful free-radicals in the body.
Eat more mango for skin health. It helps clear the skin up and eliminate pimples. If you don’t know enough already about avocados, I’ve got to say that they provide a big source of good fat, and fiber also.
What do I need to make this recipe?
Pineapple contains so many benefits in fighting allergies and supporting digestion.
Mango supports heart and eye health.
Tomatoes give your body potassium, which protects against stroke.
Avocados are filled with fiber, helping lower your cholesterol levels.
Fresh dill and chives both support your body with vitamin C.
What do I need to make the dressing?
- lemon (juiced)
- orange juice
- salt
- chili powder (optional)
