  • 2 cup kale leaves, chopped
  • 1 medium frozen banana, sliced
  • ¼ cup vanilla yogurt, of choice
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple
  • ½ avocado, cut into pieces
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 pinch sea salt

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
